What HDD conditions can Shreem Monitor identify?
The current system identifies Healthy, Missing, Failed, Unformatted and Warning HDD states.
How often does Shreem Monitor update the information?
The current system synchronizes approximately every 5 minutes.
How will I know when there is a problem?
Shreem Monitor provides important alerts and maintains alert history so that issues can be identified and followed up.
What reports are available?

Is Shreem Monitor a video recording system?
No. Shreem Monitor is focused on CCTV/NVR health monitoring, alerts and reporting. It does not replace your existing NVR recording system.
Is there a mobile app?
Not currently. The current Shreem Monitor customer interface is web-based.
Can I use Shreem Monitor if my CCTV AMC is with another company?
Yes. You can take Shreem Monitor even if your CCTV AMC or maintenance contract is with another company. Shreem Monitor is a separate CCTV health-monitoring service. Your existing AMC provider can continue handling maintenance and repairs, while Shreem Monitor gives you additional visibility into important CCTV and NVR health conditions.
Can Shreem Monitor be combined with CCTV AMC?
Yes. Shreem Monitor can be offered along with CCTV AMC to provide ongoing CCTV maintenance together with system health visibility and reporting.
